Delivery & Returns


For all orders there is a delivery charge of £6.50 this applies to UK mainland addresses only (excludes Scottish Highland).


Orders will usually be dispatched same day if ordered before 1PM and will be sent via UK Premier 24, a next day delivery service.

However please allow 3 working days for delivery before contacting us.

We are currently offering delivery to europe and scandinavia countries, including france : germany : italy : spain : portugal : sweden : norway.

If your country is not on the list, please contact us via our contact form here as we may be able to deal with your request.

Please note, we are not responsible for any import taxes you may incur on items shipped internationally.

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with any of the products you have brought from you may return unused goods, along with all original packaging and any labels within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.


The following goods may not be returned for a refund or exchange:

  • Golf shoes that have been worn
  • Base Layers that have been worn
  • Any other items of clothing that have been unpacked and worn

Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error. We recommend that you use a reputable courier (e.g. Parcelforce for larger items and Royal Mail for smaller items). We cannot accept responsibility for the returned goods until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.


You have 3 options to ensure that you receive your replacement goods as soon as possible. If you are after the product(s) in a rush, we recommend that you order a replacement product online as soon as possible when you know that you will have to return the original goods. This means you will have what you need without unnecessary delay, rather than having to wait.

Should you wish for your return to be processed and for an exchange to take place then please include the relevant information regarding the alternative goods you require. In the case that you do not wish to place another order or exchange the goods and would like a full refund, let us know and we will do this as soon as we receive your order back.


The buyer is responsible for returning the goods to us and for postage cost for us to send out the replacement, except where the product is found to be faulty in which case we will cover all postage costs.


All goods come with a 12 months manufacture defect warranty, if any item is delivered faulty or becomes faulty through normal use the following action needs to be taken:

For purchases under 30 days from the date of receipt

We will exchange the faulty item at our expense. On returing the item please include proof of return cost so that we can reimburse this charge.

For purchases over 30 days from the date of receipt but less than 12 months old

Please send back the faulty item to the address below, along with a covering letter stating the fault, your order number or actual date of purchase and your daytime contact telephone number. Once received we will inspect the item and repair, replace, offer a like for like replacement or return the item if we feel there has been no manufacturing fault.

On returning the item please include proof of return cost so that if the item is found to be faulty, we can reimburse this charge.

In some cases where there is no manufacturing fault we may offer to repair the item at your cost, if you accept the offer you will be required to pay for the repair before we proceed.
